What Does This Enterprise Risk Management Course Cover?

Enterprise Risk Management from CityLearning covers how to manage risks that could affect your business using the enterprise risk management (ERM) approach. The course begins by introducing ERM and the different types of risk this approach is used to manage and mitigate in the first module. The course explains how ERM is implemented in your company through the three lines of defence. It gives an overview of the risk management cycle and explains how to recognise and respond to a risk in your company.

The last module of Enterprise Risk Management is dedicated to operational resilience. It explains how building resilience combines business continuity and operational risk management to ensure your business can recover critical and important business operations quickly if disrupted. This operational resilience training teaches your staff how resilience is embedded and tested with impact tolerances. It includes a section on outsourcing and third-party risk management.

Enterprise Risk Management ends in a 10-question course test. Learners must answer at least 8/10 questions correctly to pass the course. Their score will be automatically saved in CityLearning’s Learning Management System (LMS) CityREPORTs, so that compliance with risk management training requirements can easily be proven.

Course Features
