The second module outlines a holistic approach to managing operational risks and business continuity, which can help your company to fulfil its operational resilience obligations under the Central Bank of Ireland’s Cross Industry Guidance and incoming Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

The third module gives an overview of outsourcing risk management and explains why and how this is a part of operational resilience.

Operational Resilience ends in a 12-question course test. Learners must answer at least 10/12 questions correctly to pass the course. Their score will be automatically saved in CityLearning’s Learning Management System (LMS) CityREPORTs, so that compliance with risk management training requirements can easily be proven.

Course Features

Rigorous Testing: Spot questions are used throughout the course to increase user engagement; they either probe to expand on a learner’s existing knowledge of the subject matter or reinforce key learning points.
