Vulnerable Customers

Vulnerable Customers

From March 2026, your firm is required to comply with the new Consumer Protection Code. Under the CBI’s guidance, it is essential that CBI-regulated firms provide appropriate training to relevant staff on consumers in vulnerable circumstances.

To help you prepare, CityLearning has developed Consumers in Vulnerable Circumstances. This course uses practical examples and case studies to teach staff how to support consumers in vulnerable circumstances and apply best-practice approaches backed by research.
